Shekla AI is an AI-powered personal finance platform that provides budgeting tools, financial insights, goal tracking, debt management calculators, a Money Reset Score assessment, and educational content through the Learning Center. The Service is available in a free tier and a paid Pro subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Shekla AI, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. Subscription and Payments

Shekla AI offers a free plan and a Pro subscription. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected)
• Provide accurate and current billing information

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Shekla AI is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment advisor. The content, tools, and AI-generated insights provided through the Service are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. 7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shekla AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
